Sr. Embedded Developer
Position Summary Description:
We are currently looking for a Embedded Developer/Engineer to join a team of developers. The developer’s job will be to design, develop, debug and Maintain Embedded Firmware Applications for Telematics and Mobile health platforms. This is a senior role will be designing and implementing new firmware and GUI tools for these products.
The right candidate will with the proper skills to help expand the current product line.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Define Software requirements.
Develop preliminary and detailed Designs.
Coding in C on a Real Time Operating System.
Implement, verify, test and debug firmware
Use logic analyzers, oscilloscopes and other tools to perform testing to locate product defects and document test results.
Role has 80% programming/coding job.
5 + years of experience in writing Firmware and Low Level Device Drivers for Embedded devices and real time applications.
Extensive experience with C or C++
Experience in coding on a Real Time Operating System
Experience with interfacing with various buses and Peripherals such as RS232, SPI, CAN, I2C, Flash Memory, GSM Modem, GPS, Accelerometers, Sensors, etc. is a Plus.
Experience in Embedded Mobile Application is a plus
Experience with RTOS such as Open AT or Linux OS is an added advantage
C# or C++ with GUI tool building experience is good to have.
Masters in Computers (Preferred)
Masters In Engineering
Bachelors (Computers/Electronics & Communication/Electrical/Mechanical Preferred)
