The Program Manager will be responsible for all future minivan vehicle programs ensuring key quality milestones/ goals are met for all supplier components. The Program Manager will manage all aspects of the Advance Supplier Quality functions as it pertains to the vehicle concept creation to launch. Work cross functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to ensure a quality vehicle launch. Develop and present program status updates and articulate open issues to senior leadership (Industrial Heads, etc.). Manage the launch support in the plant. Work with Supplier Quality Engineers globally to ensure the vehicle is ready at each pilot build and launch.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required from an ABET accredited university or related Bachelor degree with 5 years commensurate experience
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in quality, engineering, production or manufacturing
  • Ability to communicate and work with executive management
  • Creative problem solving ability and results driven
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Good presentation skills at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to listen effectively and work well with people in a cross-functional team environment
  • Comfortable with complex technical analysis
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite Software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • Program management experience
  • PMP certification
