This position provides the centralized information and communication support for the Theda Care system- handles hospital telephone call routing, pocket and overhead paging, emergency and disaster communication, after-hour and weekend staff call in processes, and alarm system monitoring.

Position runs Friday – Tuesday. 8 hours shifts. Friday – Sunday are 7-3pm and Monday and Tuesday are 3-11pm. Will be asked to flex up and possibly work 12 hours shifts due to sick calls. Should be open to work an occasional night shift. No lunch on weekends and if working the Dispatch side of job.

Job Qualifications:

Prefer previous customer service experience, computer and basic office skills. Medical terminology and knowledge of the healthcare system a plus.
