Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Works with Business Development Manager and Studio leads to coordinate the RFP process.
Leads RFP and presentation strategy and development.
Coordinates with Archives and other sources to gather appropriate historical material as needed.
Researches and writes effective copy specific to the needs of each RFP.
Assures quality of proposal submittals based on company practices, project-specific positioning and objectives.
Maintains a proactive approach to client relationship building and business development.
Works with the Business Development Manager in the execution of marketing programs to accomplish marketing-related aspects of studio business plan.
Coordinates implementation of marketing plan with a diversity of client types.
Monitors and analyzes results against marketing program goals.
Interact successfully with clients, other professional disciplines, and staff at a variety of levels.
Researches and documents current project information.
Coordinates maintenance and updates of marketing materials such as; resumes, cut sheets, project lists, PowerPoint library.
Coordinates with Business Development Manager to support planning and drive implementation of regional marketing strategies.
Develops and maintains lead generation, qualifying, and tracking system.
Gathers and assess information on potential markets, clients, and projects.
Identifies and organizes appropriate industry conference attendance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, journalism, or communications or revenant field required.
2-3 years experience in a professionalmarketing role required. Professional services or design/architecture environment experience preferred.
Proven ability to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PhotoShop and InDesign preferred.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined.
Ability to work with integrity, trust and commitment, setting an example for others.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing.
