Provides acquisition and program management consultation to the Division Chief, Branch Chiefs and Program Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
: Manages Division self inspection program.
: Facilitate exercises/inspections.
: Manage/Update Electronic Bulletin Boards.
: Make Suspense Tracking System (STS) inputs/updates.
: Manage/Update Division Website/SharePoint.
: Develop/organize/present/facilitate briefings.
: Organize and Set Up Division Calls.
: Distinguished Visitor Support.
: Division Probability of Program Success (PoPs).
: Update Wingman Master Calendar.
: Support Staff Meetings.
: Manage/facilitate management forums.
: Manage/facilitate Program Management Reviews.
: Maintain/update Division Organization chart.
: Provide acquisition and program management consultation as requested.
: Twelve (12) years experience.
: Active security clearance at the appropriate level is required.
: Bachelor's degree.
: Experience leading DoD programs.
: Experience creating multi-media presentations.
: Excellent proficiency in website administration.
: Excellent proficiency in SharePoint administration.
: Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
: Program management experience equivalent to PM Level I.
: Experience creating executive level multi-media briefings and slide shows.
: Protocol and military customs and courtesies experience.
: Master's degree.
