Schedules and performs quality control and safety inspections for installation workforce.
Identify, monitor and address problem areas, customer service/quality control issues and complaints.
Inspect a minimum of 10% or more installations on a daily basis.
Communicate problem areas and improvement methods to the installation workforce.
Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and follow-up with the technician to educate on prevention with such performance issues.
Compile daily and weekly report on inspections, percentage ratios and proposed solutions.
Maintain quality control reporting process with project management.
Assist with training the installation workforce.
Other duties as assigned.
Two to three years experience as a satellite, cable and/or telephony installer.
Maximum body weight restriction, for safety requirements, is 350 pounds.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Solid working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently without supervision.
Valid drivers license; satisfactory driving and safety record.
