In this exciting position, you will: • Carry out the dressbarn mission in your store • Supervise and manage all aspects of the store operations to maximize sales • Implement visual standards and directives • Train and develop associates in all phases of store business including operations, merchandising and sales training, but most importantly how to achieve personal sales excellence and provide exceptional customer experiences • Motivate, recognize and reward sales associates and management team • Encourage and share faster, better and more efficient business ideas • Continuously network and recruit passionate associates, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and achieving personal sales excellence and • Leading by example! Requirements:
Position Requirements: • Proven track record of effective management skills (at least 3-5 years with retail apparel) • Ability to grow sales by engaging your team and motivating them to perform at their best in order to achieve comp sales goals and profit goals • Ability to increase business through recruiting and developing store associates • Exceptional Customer Service skills required • Ability to network and participate in community outreach to promote the brand • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays is required
