Five Star Quality Care, Inc., a growing leader in the senior health care industry, is seeking a seasoned long term care professional to assume a Floating Business Office Manager position which will cover Business Office Manager vacancies around the country while permanent replacements are recruited and hired. This is a heavy travel position that will require up to 90% over-night travel nationally. Responsibilities include maintaining the account s receivable billing system, petty cash, resident funds, accounts payable, and a strong background in Medicare/Medicaid/Third-Party billing and collection follow-up as well as payroll backup (in some cases) . Strong verbal and written communications skills as well as excellent organization and interpersonal skills are a must. Again, C andidates must have highly functioning computer skills and are required to have four plus years of Medicare, Medicaid, and T hird -P arty insurance billing experience in a long term care environment.

Minimum of Associates degree in business. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for advanced education. Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting. Minimum of three (3) years experience in third party billing/collections and at least one (1) year experience in a supervisory capacity required.
