JOB SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision from the Director of Aviation, performs a variety of functions relative to the scheduling and yielding of charter flights and commercial seat blocks.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintains passenger load counts and advises Enterprise Shared Service Aviation of current flight standing Assists with wait-listed customers Processes all paperwork & contracts regarding rep blocks Establish and maintain seat blocks for customers based on yielding procedures Adjust hotel room blocks as necessary to optimize yield. Coordinate with ESS Aviation and ESS Analytics on the filling of seats using determined criteria as the guideline Coordinate all Direct Mail and other advertising Assist in setting up all yielding & scheduling related documents including but not limited to Schedules, PAX load documents, segmentation, tracking, mail matrix and charter input. Coordinates with Branch offices, Junket Representatives and VIP services in the management of seat blocks for all groups by maintaining a close tie to those groups Creates all Groups, Rate Plans and Templates in LMS for appropriate groups Performs special duties that encompass and enhance the scheduling of charter flights and commercial seat blocks Coordinates flight times and ground handling with airlines and ensures data is collected and approved in a timely manner Follows guidelines for complimentary airfare by assessing play status; Assists Director of Aviation Scheduling & Yield and Scheduling Specialists with all other tasks needed to complete successful and safe charter flights. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Two to three years in gaming, marketing, or hotel preferred. College degree preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem solving skills are required. Experience with casino tour, travel, and junket programs preferred. Must be computer literate with software systems to include all Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AS400 hotel reservation system, CMS/Winet system and/or flight scheduling programs a plus. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business Must be able to meet the department standards, attendance guidelines and adhere to departmental and company policies.
