Participates with customers to formulate and implement enterprise-wide business, organization and information technology strategies. Work with customers to help conceptualize means to apply information technology as a strategic asset. Involved in the process of designing and delivering integrated business and information solutions to support the enterprise's accomplishment of business goals.
Specific Job Description:Duties:
Uses appropriate management analysis processes, modeling and simulation tools, and technical techniques to provide required services.
Employs process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conducting process modernization projects.
Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Coordinates a project team to ensure enterprise-wide integration of management efforts.
Education: B.S. or B.A. degree.
General Experience: Must have at least 5 years experience performing management analysis
Specialized Experience: Must have at least 3 years of specialized management analysis experience in areas such as business process re-engineering, configuration management, quality control/assurance, organizational performance assessments, mission analysis, and strategic planning. Must have relevant experience in one of the following areas: biological, chemical, high explosive countermeasures, radiation/nuclear; borders and maritime security; critical infrastructure protection; emergency response; standards development and testing; threat vulnerability testing and assessment, public health support; planning and exercise development
