Lead and develop a team of 20-25 customer service representatives in the delivery of order service to GE's Contract and Retail customers and Area Sales Managers.
Coach individual team members in the areas of performance, career counseling, interpersonal skills, leadership and problem resolution.
Ensure team meets productivity and quality goals to contribute to the overall operational excellence of the Appliances National Customer Service Center.
Maintain operational responsibility for one or more of the following processes: Custom order form and package creation, debits/credits processing, return/reorders, other processes as assigned.
Lead and execute productivity and simplification projects with measurable results.
Previous experience leading, building or facilitating teams preferred.
Demonstrated ability to execute projects and deliver results.
Ability to integrate across teams, strong process skills required.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Ability to build trust and improve employee engagement.
Creative thinker- can identify ways to LEAN out work and manage change.
Bachelor's degree required.
