Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is an evidence-based, home-visiting program helping first-time, low-income mothers improve their lives through home visits by public health nurses for a two and a half year period. NFP nurses work intensively with families to improve maternal/child health outcomes, develop parenting skills, and identify a parenting approach that will result in successful and happy families.
