We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Medical Office Associate in the Dance Harkness Injury Program. To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree . Minimum one (1) year experience as a medical office assistant or equivalent required, significant healthcare experience preferably in an academic medical center preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook including creating and maintaining spreadsheets and Power Point presentations required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high level administrative support by managing phone lines, scheduling and registering patients, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing other functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and scheduling meetings. Independently performs all duties while maintaining a professional, polished, calm and welcoming environment.
