Under the direction of the Supervisor, E-ZPass Technical Services, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing Integrated Toll Collection System (ITCS) operations to provide improved control of system operation and maintenance activities. This will include: early detection of equipment problems; diagnosis of system/component problems; providing assurances against extended periods of undetected component failures; and overseeing system administration to ensure optimal equipment functioning of subsystems.

LOCATION: 2 MONTGOMERY STREET JERSEY CITY, NY: 1 STOP ON THE PATH FROM THE WTC
The selected candidate will also research and develop procedures, manuals and other documents on a variety of ITCS maintenance issues; prepare written correspondence, reports and presentations; and prepare and monitor performance measures.
•Review of images to determine type of vehicle shown in the image.
•Record vehicle license plate and vehicle class in spreadsheet.
•Conversion of daily equipment performance data, presented in comma delimited text files, to Excel spreadsheets and graphs to show trends.
•Review of system generated Equipment Failure Alerts to develop reports on failures by equipment type and toll lane.
•Queries are generated using Info Maker, accessing the database via ODBC.
•Relational data base experience.
•Bachelor is Degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Information Technology or Mathematics from an accredited college or university.
•A minimum of three years work experience in an engineering, IT, project management or toll operations environment.
•Proficiency in the design, testing and control of computer-based revenue collection systems.
•Experience in analysis of real time captured data.
•Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

•Knowledge of toll plaza operations & equipment, traffic management and toll plaza maintenance procedures, Intelligent transportation systems (ITS) highly desirable
