TS/SCI with Full Scope Clearance Required

Job Description:

Raytheon AST is currently seeking a CNO Analyst/Programmer or Software Developer to:
• Design, develop, and test application software to fulfill unique requirements on Windows, Unix, or other specified platforms
• Build applications using a specified programming language per the Government
• Build graphical user interfaces (GUls) for custom applications
• Respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment
Required Skills:
• C programming
• Socket programming
• Multi-threaded programming
• Windows system APIs (win32, win native api)
• Must be knowledgeable in Windows programming
• Developing software to suit customer requirements
• Advanced debugging
• Custom network protocols
• Software design and architecture
• CNO programming experience required
TS/SCI with Full Scope Clearance Required
Desired Skills:
• x86 & x64 programming experience preferred
• Python experience preferred
• VmWare experience preferred
• Subversion experience preferred
• Windows or Linux Kernel desired but not required
Required Education (including Major):
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar degree and meet the experience requirements
