Online Instructors for University of Liverpool Doctor of Business Administration We are looking for individuals with a background in Critical Action Learning and Action Research methodologies to serve as Doctoral Tutors facilitating in our on-line classrooms and Doctoral Supervisors for our DBA thesis students. The programme is a unique combination of deep practice-based learning and research with rigorous classroom scholarship designed for working senior professionals who wish to improve their careers. Initially we are interested in recruiting instructors with expertise in introducing post graduate students to the theoretical concepts and practical methodologies of Critical Action Learning as well as team participation in the following areas Decision Making, Knowledge Creation, Complex Adaptive Systems, Management Research and Action Research. Experience: Experience: Earned Doctoral Degree in a business discipline Background in Critical Action Learning Two years minimum University teaching experience in relevant business disciplines.

Post-graduate teaching and Doctoral research supervision experience is highly desirable. Excellent written communication skills in English. Facilitative disposition towards highly motivated adult students. Active Researcher Preference will be given to candidates with professional qualifications as well as academic credentials.

Experience working in or knowledge of the UK University system would also be an advantage. Previous online teaching experience is beneficial but not required, as suitable candidates will be trained online during a 4 week training session. Training is conducted 100% online and is not restricted to specific hours. The next Faculty Training is planned for September 20th 2012.
