This position will serve as principal aide to the Dean at the College of Nursing by directly handling all day to day operational and administrative matters. Conducting research of Affordable Care Act Implementation, Health Policy Counsel, legislative updates, benchmarking, trends with other college of nursing institutions and provide her with information for developing new strategic goals. Research and develop presentations with speaking points. This position may supervise administrative staff. Provides and/or coordinates program planning and evaluation, ensuring that developing and existing programs are effective and in conformance with the overall goals and objectives of the College of Nursing. Participates in strategic planning as appropriate, and supports, represents, and deputizes for the Dean of the College of Nursing in programmatic interactions with various internal and external constituencies, as appropriate. Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Must be highly skilled in developing complex processes Supervisory experience a plus Masters Degree Must be highly skilled in/with: MS Office Suite Strategic planning Legislative and policy development
