We are currently seeking an outstanding professional who will manage the day-to-day functions of the admissions input and output teams to ensure the accurate, timely and efficient processing of Admission processes. Manages on line applications, provides support to the Associate Director for Slideroom and PeopleSoft.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Admissions input
team to ensure timely and accurate data processing
-Manage on line applications (Common Applications, SAIC's on line application) including: annual updates, technical issues, application fee refunds, supervising application exports, monitoring mapping to PeopleSoft and Hobsons.
-Coordinate the timely production of all written admissions
communications including computer generated (PeopleSoft) letters and emails including missing information, decision and merit communications.
-In conjunction with the Director of Admissions Operations, ensure
that outreach phone calls are made to appropriate admissions cohort
groups in a timely manner.
-Responsible for ensuring that all test score disks (GRE, SAT, ACT, TOEFL and ISIR) are loaded into both PeopleSoft and Hobsons and that he processing staff is working the suspense file.
-Work with the Director of Admissions Operations to implement streamlined business processes.
-Hire, train and supervise staff
-Perform other duties as assigned

Mandatory Job Qualifications

Desired Qualifications -Bachelor's degree required
-Experience in higher education Admissions operations
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize across multiple projects
-Strong organizational and time management skills and a high level of attention to detail
-Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Hobsons, Slideroom ApplyYourself and the Common Application preferred
