••Administrative assistants perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, fill-in for the receptionist when necessary, and present a professional image of the firm to callers and visitors.

••Consistently demonstrate high quality in work and relationships.

••Consistently meet established deadlines, ensuring that work is complete and accurate.

••Consistently demonstrate the values of our firm as identified in our Code of Conduct.

••Perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.

Requirements:
••Must have at least 5+ years of experience working as an Administrative Assisant in a professional services firm.

••Maintain and achieve high quality in work, client relations and team relations.

••Understand and demonstrate the qualities identified in the firm’s Code of Conduct.

••Consistently meet deadlines, while maintaining high quality work.

••Become familiar with the firm’s policies and procedures.

••Receive and transmit telephone and facsimile messages accurately and promptly.

••File library materials, work papers, and correspondence.

••Prepare correspondence, reports, and financial statements, as applicable, accurately and timely.
••Maintain office supplies inventory.

••Perform other duties as assigned by partners and professional staff.
