Key Skills and Responsibilities Provide excellent service to existing and future customers Program and configure alarm systems Troubleshoot systems Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times Ability to learn quickly Clear driving record, as you will be given a company car to drive or a car expense Upsell products and services when necessary to meet customers needs Knowledgeable on alarm systems, fire alarm systems and monitoring systems is a plus
