Projects Associate - Singapore
Position:
This highly-regarded international law firm is currently looking for a talented projects associate to join their Banking department in the Singapore office on a permanent basis.
Company:
This leading firm has a first-class reputation worldwide. In its Asian offices, the firm's corporate and mergers & acquisitions practices are renowned and involve some of the largest and highly complex transactions, requiring in-depth knowledge of international and local business, legal and regulatory environments as well as a cultural understanding of the regional markets in the region. The Hong Kong office performs multi-jurisdictional work in tandem with other firm Asia offices, covering cross-border deals such as listing work for Chinese clients, inbound investment by international clients and outbound investment by Chinese companies.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be 3-4 years PQE and boast broad cross-sector projects experience gained at a leading international practice. Sound experience in project documention is essential as are strong academics.
