Job Purpose:
Ensures that company objectives are met by building strong relationships with customers and by managing and directing a team of key account managers to achieve or exceed sales and distribution goals within company standards and philosophy.

Main Duties:
Oversee

the daily operation of the group, allocate resources accordingly to ensure objectives are met for the company mission, department mission and within procedures/guidelines.

Evaluate

daily operations on an ongoing basis and initiate actions to enhance productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and profitability. On a monthly basis, report and comment on sales activities to the VP of Sales.

Develop and implement

an annual budget and operate within budgetary guidelines.

Make employment decisions regarding needs assessment, including employment, performance management, development, assignment and termination.

Staff development

through coaching, training, guidance and delegation to staff using techniques of Situational Leadership.

Create and maintain

a productive work environment, using effective management practices to encourage productive discourse, creativity, controlled risks and entrepreneurial action.

Handle

and prioritise sales activities to achieve sales and distribution targets as agreed with the EB Manager. Ensures planning and execution of an operational plan for his/her area (Business Plan Operations).

Create

, develop and manage systematically and pro-actively, effective business relationships with Key Accounts within assigned territory to achieve sales goals and develop long term partnerships.

Develop

global account plans and network owner profiles for global key accounts to achieve maximum business potential and coordinate efforts with all stakeholders.

Develop

individual and customized sales and branding packages for key accounts to reach objectives and to stimulate sales.

Ensure

customers are familiar with the brand, identify potential branding partners and influence customer to use brand as much as possible.

Review

orders with Key Accounts, discuss and solve specific problems with his/her customer base.

Ensure

Key Accounts are being served timely and properly through territory planning.

Ensure

that customer’s data is maintained in the SAP and SLX systems according to the actual status and made available to all relevant parties.

Travel

throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective Key Accounts to increase product awareness.

Participate

in trade shows and fairs and provide support for events.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree

8+ Years of Related Experience

Ability to travel extensively throughout territory
