Growing medical services company is looking for a full time accounting / human resources person. The candidate must possess good customer services skills and be highly organized and detail oriented. *MUST have experience processing payroll/invoices and using QuickBooks*.
Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources is preferred but not required.
Minimum 1 year experience, 2013 Bachelor candidates in Accounting, HR or Management will be considered in place of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications specifically MS Excel
Experienced with Quick Books.
Processing accounts payables and receivables
Preparing financial statements
Payroll processing experience with Paychex or similar system
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees on benefit programs.
Tracking vacation time
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records
Directs new hire orientation and paperwork
