Candidates will create classroom course materials that support field-driven performance shortfalls, overseeing and creating course content, and researching, implementing, and evaluating training. This includes, but is not limited to, instructional systems design and documentation, storyboards, narrative scripts, graphics, textbooks, tests, and scenario props. All designs shall adhere to the standards set by the Council on Occupational Education, as well as school house instructional design policies and procedures. Responsibilities include collaborating on training plans and blended learning implementation strategies; provide quality assurance and peer reviews on design plans and instructional materials; create professional level presentation materials ; regularly participate in meetings requiring close interactions with various project stakeholders (clients, SME, and end users); perform needs and/or gap analysis to determine training needs; track work and schedules to ensure work is completed within scheduling parameters; and produce quality results in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years' experience working with DoD training programs
Expert knowledge of DoD Counterintelligence processes and terminology
Bachelor's degree is highly desired .
Current and active Top Secret clearance with access to Special Compartmented Information
