The Client Support Analyst, CSA, is responsible for efficient, accurate and courteous delivery of support services to Rays clients and staff. The Client Support Analyst will provide tier 1 problem analysis and resolution tracking for all support issues. In addition to other duties required by the CEO or the VP, Operations, VP Technology, and Manager, Radiology Support, the Client Support Analyst will:

Respond to all support tickets within defined response times

Assess the severity and priority of problems and requests according to issue management guidelines

Resolve or escalate problems and requests according to issue management guidelines

Maintain average ticket resolution times within defined resolution times

Manage call/ticket queues and effectively communicate updates to clients and/or staff members

Follow up on completed tickets to ensure client satisfaction

Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date information of the client technical and operation environments in the Support Knowledge Base

Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on issues and resolutions to common problems in the Support Knowledge Base

Maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines

Complete other support duties as assigned


2+ years client support experience.

Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments

Proficient knowledge of Windows server environments

Proficient knowledge of VPN and LAN/WAN environments

Understanding of the radiology and imaging devices


Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to balance multiple priorities

Client service oriented

Display dependable, punctual and professional demeanor

Maintain positive attitude

Ability to work effectively, independently and within a team environment

Ability to perform all duties and job requirements

Timely report to work during established business hours or shifts

If working full time, work a minimum of 40 hours/week

Display courtesy to Rays employees, clients and third parties


Technical certificate, High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
