Title: Accounting/Office Manager
The Accounting/Office Manager will be responsible for office and Administration functions for our Clients corporate office. Office functions include, but are not limited to: Answer Telephone, Screen and direct calls, manage the company's lobby area, greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers, calendar meeting arrangements, catering, and all building maintenance and repair. Accounting duties include, but are not limited to: A/P, A/R, etc.
