The Supply Chain Specialist will develop our supply and allocation process into a differential advantage for DuPont Pioneer. Responsible for supporting DuPont Pioneer field Sales Providers, Field Sales Personnel and Customers on all product line allocations across North America via customer service and product allocations to Sales Provider/Customer level demand. Duties/Responsibilities Provide high-level customer service on product supply support utilizing a “coaching culture” to an assigned area at Sales Provider level via phone & email. Execute timely supply communication throughout the season via verbal and/or written communication. Evaluate each customer contact through effective questioning and problem resolution skills to effectively and efficiently resolve issues presented. Responsible and accountable for all product allocations and sales orders within an assigned geography.

Detailed knowledge of Pioneer products, sales programs and sales systems to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity. Responsible for effectively managing treatments, cuts and/or subs for all product lines prior to shipping within an assigned area. Lead and analyze logistic support to move products within the assigned geography to meet the demands of the area/business unit.

Lead and proactively plan Sales Rep In-Season supply plans. Plan and coordinate in-season deliveries and assist Sale Rep team in returns management. Provide high-level multi-tasking skills at all times. Actively support teammates to ensure a high level performance across the entire team. Provide ongoing process improvements. Assist assigned Sales Reps in the annual Demand Planning process to ensure timely and accurate completion. Review annual Sales Rep sales performance vs demand and supply plans. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, preferred, Associates degree in business or related field with relevant experience can be substituted.

Two to three (2-3) years related experience in customer service and/or agriculture experience that includes high level leadership skills required. Demonstrated knowledge of agriculture. Competencies Ability to learn specific product knowledge as it relates to the support of the Sales and customers. Strong computational skills including PC experience with multiple software applications: Excel, Word, ACCESS, PowerPoint, SAP. Strong organizational skills including demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and manage in a multi-task environment. Strong communication skills (including telephone, e-mail and presentations skills) and ability to communicate accurate information. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people with the ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self directed/managed work environment. Outstanding customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate, implement change.
