Personnel must have at least three years of oil and gas experience in state waters, or offshore production fields. This is for 7&7 and 14&14 positions, with the crew change along the Gulf Coast of Louisiana & Texas.
Operators must have some knowledge of the aspects of oil and gas operations, and the skills required to maintain a safe and operational (productive) facility.

Test wells.
BSEE Compliance paperwork and preparedness.
