We're looking for a dynamic, high performing Enterprise Sales Rep with 5+ yrs experience selling technology products and/or services over the phone and via web-based presentations. The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting and high activity metrics. They also have experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers in the C Suite.
What You'll Do:
Research, identify, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities over the phone and web
Maniacally qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
Strategically attack a regional territory to close new business and grow existing accounts
Maintain a high daily volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling in a transactional environment.
Skillfully deliver web based presentations using inside sales best practices
Comfortable selling to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex orgs
Exceed a quarterly and annual sales quota
Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player
What You Bring:
5+ years of B2B inside sales or relevant experience selling over the phone/web
A really strong track record of achievement preferably selling B2B digital media or SaaS
Previously trained in consultative / value based selling
Technically savvy and specifically skilled in SFDC & Marketo
HR or recruiting industry experience preferred
4 year degree from a great college or university
