Assists in hiring clerical/support staff
Responsible for supervision of Administrative Secretary, Records Processor, Medical Practice Coordinators, Receptionists, and evaluates the performance of the clerical/support staff including progressive disciplinary action when necessary as well as hiring and firing.
Responsible for the operation of the Diagnostic and Treatment Center as necessary.
Assists with claims processing.
In conjunction with other CLHC managers, assures that pertinent data is entered into the computer system.
Calculates and tracks employee time.
Processes payroll and disability papers.
Distributes payroll and office supplies.
Monitors and informs Director or designee of potential problem areas with PCW, DME companies
Handles PCW, DME/Supply and billing problems.
Organizes office procedures and work flows to assure smooth operations
Performs general clerical duties, special projects and other duties as assigned.
