We are seeking a part-time Scheduling Coordinator for a home care agency. Position has potential to become full-time for the right candidate.
Essential Functions:
•Caregiver recruiting including pre-screening candidates, interviewing and background/reference checks
•Manage and conduct new hire orientation
•Office administration including filing and organizing new-hire paperwork, Quick Books/Payroll.
•Maintain scheduling by inputting and updating client and caregiver information via scheduling system
•Contact and follow up with caregivers and clients regarding assignments, inquiries and service
•Assist with new client intake.
Minimum Job Requirements:
•Outstanding verbal, written, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
•Highly professional with a friendly personality
•Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook,
•Home Care industry experience a plus
