Responsible for providing a variety of human resource services for LSHS facility(s). Performs employee relation functions, recruiting, and benefit liaison functions. Coordinate training, benefits, employee services, employee relations and health promotion activities. Adheres to polices, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Minimum: Bachelorâ€™s Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Desired: PHR/SPHR certification
Ability to communicate effectively, maintain accuracy and consistency develop and give presentations, analyze and interpret data; Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects. Knowledge of EEO and AA regulations relative to the employment process.
Two (2) years of HR experience with a focus in interpreting and administering HR policies. Experience must include providing advice and counsel to staff and management and other facets of HR (Recruitment, Benefits, Recognition & Retention programs, Compensation, etc).
