Responsibilities:
· Managing HRIS/timekeeping software/payroll systems
· Providing software support for end-users
· Updating and auditing data tables
· Creating customized reports for internal auditing purposes and for distribution
· Managing benefit plans (health, dental, life, 403b, etc.) & 5500s
· Maintaining Google Drive forms for agency
· Developing new Salesforce-based HRIS – workflow automation, training, etc.
· Limited data entry
· Invoice reconciliation
· General duties and special projects as needed
