Assists the Director of Property Operations in overseeing and ensuring overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health standards. Distributes and directs daily and weekly work assignments. Oversees and conducts room/suite inspections. Assists in interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluating staff. Assists in the financial processes of forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, payroll and inventory control.
