A Driver-Bellperson with Embassy Suites Hotels is responsible for transporting guests to and from their destinations in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner, using safe driving practices and transferring and storing luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Possibility of acquiring additional 6-12 hours as a Relief Bar Attendant. A Bar Attendant at our Complimentary Manager's Reception is responsible for the initial preparation and servicing of the bar area.

What will I be doing?
As a Driver-Bellperson, you would be responsible for transporitng guests to and from their destinations in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner, using safe driving practices and transferring and storing luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Comprehends and abides by all traffic regulations while transporitng guests to and rom the airport termianl or other destinated sites.
Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
Retrieve and transport guest luggage
Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
Ensure that management/leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments
Ensure messages and faxes are regularly delivered throughout the day
Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and/or pulls, and attend the main lobby and front door, as needed
Drives property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations such as guest room or local airport, as needed
Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment
As a Relief Bar Attendant, you would be responsible for the initial preparation and servicing of our Complimentary Manager's Reception. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Cuts, slices and peels perishable garnishment and fruits, mixes and pours juices in sufficient amounts according to projected business. Stores back-up supplies needing refrigeration in prescribed containers for later use.
Checks and assists bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies, i.e. stir sticks, napkins, glasses, etc. for the bar. Transports taps, replaces and performs routine maintenance requirement on heavy beer kegs.
Maintenance cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas to comply with health code standards.
Scoops ice from ice bins, transports to service areas and replenishes ice containers for usage.
Boxes and saves empty liquor bottles as they accumulate for later returns and requisitions.
During service hours, removes empty glasses from guest tables and replenishes snack area, i.e. popcorn machine, nachos, dally special.
Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction.
