SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
Provides overall leadership and support to Sysco Business Services (SBS) - Agreements Administration supervisors/staff/team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides overall leadership and support to SBS Agreements Administration supervisors and staff including proactive guidance, troubleshooting support, and issue escalation
Provides tactical direction to SBS Agreements Administration supervisors and teams
-Coordinates and integrates across process areas
-Drives supplier and customer usage of portal to enter agreements and related information and requests
-Ensures accurate and timely creation of agreement records in the Vistex system when SBS enters the agreements to ensure prompt availability of agreement pricing
-Ensures accurate and timely monitoring of accruals and processing of claims and chargebacks
-Troubleshoots escalated issues, makes decisions, communicates and escalates as appropriate
-Prepares and manages departmental budgets and expenses
-Has responsibility for leading, developing, and supporting SBS Agreements Administration supervisors, staff, and teams
-Supports recruiting, staffing, and onboarding processes as appropriate
-Oversees performance management processes (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation, etc.); completes performance evaluations for direct reports
-Oversees time management processes (e.g., time approval, scheduling, etc.)
-Performs other management responsibilities as appropriate
Coordinates and liaises closely with key stakeholders as well as operations management as appropriate
Leads and supports continuous improvement processes
Completes Agreements Administration supervisor responsibilities (as necessary and appropriate)
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of experience administering commercial agreements and/or contracts.
Must have foodservice distribution or related experience - including reconciliation, contractual requirements and understanding of accounting entries
Must have supervisory or lead experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Directly related managerial experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution industry
Strong accounting background
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of Master Distribution Agreements and related requirements for customer negotiated agreements.
Understanding of Supply Chain Distribution processes.
Knowledge of Sysco's FAMM guidelines regarding agreement requirements.
Basic computer proficiency
