At least five years recent clinical Occupational Therapy experience
Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
PA Professional licensure
Current, valid and clear driver's licensure
Knowledgeable of the Professional Standards of Practice
Strong communication, extremely organized, flexible able to quickly establish rapport.
