To be responsible for summer reservations and programming support, as well as, housekeeping duties. –
To coordinate and be in attendance at the check-in and check-out of assigned conferences being housed on campus –
Assist with registration of guests –
To be responsible for room keys and proper security for keys for conferences/students –
To be familiar with, and able to locate campus and community resources –
Assist making housing room assignments –
To show College housing to renters, parents and prospective students on campus during visitations and/or orientation –
To assist the Residential Life and Housing in its daily work –
Fill in for Campus Operator during their half hour meal break –
To assist the office in its daily work –
Other duties as assigned: housekeeping duties (see student guest services job description)

Required Qualifications –
Must be a current or incoming CSS student for the 2013-2014 academic year.
-Good work ethic, promptness, creativity, organization skills and interpersonal skills –
Available two to three nights per week for Conference Assistant duties –
Schedule flexibility: availability to work various shifts, including split says and weekends, when assigned –
Ability to work with diverse personalities –
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people in a friendly, professional manner required. –
Willingness to live on campus –
Ability to work independently as well as under direct supervision –
May need to attend training prior to start of the employment date with pay –
Honesty –
Strong organizational and time management skills required. –
Ability to remain calm and efficient –
Job functions require sitting, standing, and walking during shift. –
Professional presence to represent the College to the public required. –
Ability to perform all of the above functions during an assigned workday without significant risk of injury.
