The Senior Change Expert supports the Enterprise Change Management Center of Expertise (COE) function and reports to the Change Management Director. The Enterprise Change Management COE partners with business leaders, HR leaders, and other business partners to advise, inform, design and implement effective approaches and tools to enable the Company to drive transformational change. Manages a team of Change Managers.

The Senior Change Expert role supports change efforts across the Enterprise and within specific lines of business. Serves as Change Expert for a line of business or function, specifically focused on:

  • Identifying business needs and assessing performance gaps and risks in order to provide insight and guidance
  • Developing and delivering solutions that lift performance and adoption
  • Connecting change management methodology to project management methodology in a structured, sustainable way
  • Coaching C- Level and Mid Level Management on how best to manage change
  • Providing HRBPs with valuable insight, tools and methodologies to coach managers through required behavioral changes
This position is typically responsible for developing the change management strategy at the executive level as well as evaluating the execution of initiatives and engaging partners as appropriate. Develops and oversees the execution of change, learning, rewards and communications action plans for programs and initiatives. Provides coaching to leaders and executives and assists in identifying interventions that enable the effectiveness of the Management team in managing change initiative(s)/program(s).

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, change management initiatives
  • Experience managing complex, transformational projects
  • Experience in Organizational Effectiveness and/or Organizational Change
  • Knowledge of methodologies and approaches for adaptive or behavioral change
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to coach and influence others
  • Financial Services Industry experience
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
