Minimum Requirement - Primary Education :
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree.
Minimum Requirement - Primary Experience :
Must have four years of professional experience in a health care facility, a community-based health care program, an institutional health care program or any health program administration.
Education Substitution :
A master’s degree in public health, or a health related field (such as human services, psychology, nursing, health administration, substance abuse, special education, rehabilitation, social work, sociology) will substitute for two years of the required experience.

Description of Job Duties
This position will serve in the Division of Women's Health within the Department for Public Health. The position will plan, develop, recommend and implement inreach/outreach programs statewide aimed at increasing breast and cervical cancer screenings. The position provides statewide monitoring and evaluation data of community breast and cervical cancer projects and other screening interventions. Monitor coalitions, subcontractors, and community cost center outcomes and expenditures. Provides technical assistance as needed to assure proper stewardship. Provides technical assistance to the public health care organizations, professionals and government officials on a statewide and local level regarding inreach/outreach activities. Provides training and information as needed to local health departments and other public agencies to promote program objectives. Recommends specific cancer program initiatives regarding breast and cervical cancer program.
