Position assures all requests for medical consults are processed in a timely manner. Responsible for performaing new patient consult scheduling for this high-volume multi-physician specialty practice. Manages new consult schedules for multiple providers according to practice needs.

Job Requirements:

*Knowledge of medical terminology, managed care, insurance and medical billing procedures
*Excellent organizational skills with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks and have the flexibility to meet changing demands on a daily basis
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly in person and on the phone
*Excellent customer service skills
*Proficient computer skills
*Ability to maintain confidentiality

Monday-Friday
8 AM - 5 PM
