Your responsibilities would include making follow-up calls to clients from an automated dialer and corresponding with clients and vendors via email to answer questions, recover applications, and medical paperwork for underwriting. You will be assigned a group of agents and responsible for follow-up on the sales that each agent makes.

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; and two years related experience; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Previous experience in case management, insurance, mortgage industry or related.
High level of knowledge and skill with web-based applications, MS Office Products and other software programs
Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with clients, team members and leadership
Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak and write effectively with clients, team members and company leadership
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
