Channels Technology Solutions organization (US DCTS) is accountable for endtoend delivery of projects across Internet Banking (Retail Small Business and Mobile) Phone and ATM channels The Project Technical Business Analyst will be responsible to Review analyze and create detailed technical documentation of business systems and user needs including workflow program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer systems andor programs They need to have written system specs and have worked with the business to truly drive the process They need to have had exposure and awareness of SDLCPMLC as well as driving JRSJAD Candidates not having financialbanking experience as long as they have had web based experience also will be considered They need to have excellent writing skills (any technical writing would be a bonus) and the ability to work with all levels within the bank including upper management They should have very polished communication and presentation skills as well
