The focus for the position will be on a large multi-disciplinary transportation project entering the Final Design/Build phase in support of the project oversight. The primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of all incoming documents. Management of documents will require a proactive and organized approach. Other responsibilities will include: review and/or development of cost and resource loaded schedules using Primavera P6, prepare for and attend weekly construction meetings, manage document control staff, assist in financial controls for consultant team and support to other projects.
Training and Experience
The ideal candidate should have experience in project controls related to construction phase of infrastructure projects. Experience with Primavera Expedition and/or Microsoft SharePoint required; experience with both preferred. Strong written and verbal skills are mandatory due to the extent of coordination required within consultant team, the Client and other agencies.
Other qualifications include:
- Minimum of 10 years related experience
- Strong Primavera Expedition and/or Microsoft SharePoint skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Primavera P6 skills preferred
