College Management Trainee
Completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Excellent written/verbal communication and listening skills.
Must be flexible, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The College Management Trainee program is designed to identify and develop capable individuals who are ready and able to step into key positions.
Completes the GCS A/R Training Program, including STAR Tutor during the first week of employment, prior to file assignment.
Complies with all specified FDCPA, state and city laws and provisions, as outlined n the GCS Compliance with FDCPA and State Collection Laws Statement, the GCS A/R Training Program and the FDCPA Test.
Collects assigned budget; completes work activity on accounts in assigned file.
Completes assigned management training in a timely manner.
Performs other related duties/responsibilities, as required.
4 year degree required
Mon - Fri: 3 DAY shifts, start times from 7 to 9 AM and 2 NIGHT shifts, start times from 10 AM to Noon
Saturdays 8 AM-12 PM for 2 days per month
