DuPont Chemicals and Fluoroproducts currently has an opening for a Human Resources Consultant at our Chestnut Run facility located in Wilmington DE. This position will report directly to the DC&F Global Human Resources Leader. They will support several large client organizations within DC&F, and will act as the DC&F process owner for one or more HR processes, ensuring uniformity of tools, communications, and execution of one or more key HR processes across all of DC&F.
The Human Resource Consultants responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Plans, develops and coordinates HR initiatives in support of strategic business goals.
Provides strategic HR business partner services to the client group(s).
Articulates implications of HR programs, communicates programs and implications, adapts programs as necessary to client organization needs within defined program boundaries, and assists management in implementing HR program changes.
Effectively interprets and communicates business group needs and identifies or assists in crafting appropriate solutions to meet needs.
Coordinates efforts with other HR Teams to ensure return on development investments across business groups.
Provides defined metrics for measuring effectiveness of HR programs in driving organizational performance and containing costs.
Maintains awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR management theory and methods, and provide suitable interpretation to staff within the organization.
