Customer Communications agents are responsible for responding to customer inquiries received via email, letter and call center research request.

Provide clear and concise responses to incoming emails from customers who have accounts and some from outside sources who are asking for information about obtaining a student loan.

The incumbent must be skilled and proficient at grammar, context and the nature of our business in order to effectively respond via email.

Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Possesses excellent PC skills

Demonstrates efficient time management skills and ability to work within and meet established deadlines
