JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the Sous Chef, the incumbent cooks foreign-style dishes, dinners, desserts and other foods. High school diploma or equivalent. Degree in Culinary Arts with two (2) to four (4) years experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in 1-on-1 and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
