Job Posting Summary
This is a temporary pool position. This position will provide support for faculty, staff and students. This position may provide general receptionist duties for the campus. This position may assist with campus and special events as needed, proctor tests, and general facilitation and duties. This position will have various duties as assigned. This position is temporary, various hours on an as needed basis, with no benefits.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required for this position.
Computer skills, telephone and customer service skills, experience handling cash, general office abilities, rural Alaska experience.
Typical education or training required for this position (including licenses).
High school diploma or GED. Must have driver's license or ability to obtain one. Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.
Length of time and type of experience required for this position.
One year previous office experience. Six months rural Alaska experience.
Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities for this position.
One year college coursework, two years office experience, advanced computer skills, experience handling cash, customer service experience, and Bristol Bay experience.
