Loews Annapolis Hotel, a 216 room four diamond Hotel in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking an outgoing, customer oriented individual to WOW our guests with world class service as a Guest Service Agent! Guest Service Agents are responsible for providing a supremely comfortable and vibrant atmosphere to all Hotel guests and team members. Floating from Front Desk, Telecommunications, Concierge and Premier Level Lounge Attendant duties and responsibilities, this individual will be handling duties such check ins, checks outs, all front desk responsibilities, responding to guest concerns and answering questions with empathy, handling in incoming guest calls, working with guests on the premier level in the morning and bringing a bright attitude to work every day which is what this job is all about!

We are recruiting for full and part time positions.

The position of Guest Service Agent is full time and does require the ability to work either the am or pm shifts, as well as weekends and holidays when necessary.

This position requires a friendly, positive, well spoken and polished individual that enjoys working with people in all situations. Some of the job tasks include check ins and check outs, handling guest concerns, questions and needs, reconciliation of the Front Desk transactions for the shift period, cash handling and other duties as assigned. Enjoyment and comfort with guest interaction is required - this position handles guest concerns and questions as well as makes recommendations. Candidates should have proven, effective multi tasking experience and excel at working in autonomous, fast paced environments.

Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an upscale Hotel is not required, previous customer service experience in an upscale environment is preferred. Good computer skills, excellent communications skills (written and oral), experience with cash handling and the ability to stand on your feet for up to eight hours is required. He or she must be able to work a flexible schedule as noted above, and should be naturally friendly, outgoing, neat and tidy in appearance, have leadership skills and enjoy responsibility. Computer skills are necessary.
